About Me

My name is Sarah. I'm 27 years old and am married to a tall, useful, and endearing gentleman named Chris. I think he's pretty swell, and not just because he always makes sure my champagne glass is full.

We recently moved to Northern California from San Diego, which is kind of full-circle for me, as I grew up in Central California (Bakersfield, what what!) and was born in the Sacramento-area.

I started this blog in September 2007; mostly random musings about what I was watching on TV or what I was going to eat for dinner. I've since gotten Twitter and now ramble about such nonsense over there.

When I started this blog, I had been dating my now-husband for about five months. A month after that, we got engaged. Since then, I've met President Barack Obama and gotten married. I've also dished some dirt on myself (you're welcome), like that one time I ate so much gouda cheese I puked or that time I yelled "retard!" very loudly near a physically handicapped person (on accident!) or that time I was on an MTV reality show.

When I'm not too busy embarrassing myself silly, I enjoy cooking, watching TV shows about cooking, and drinking champagne.

I dislike bad grammar, people who refuse to text message, and taking out the trash. (This is a very, very truncated list of my dislikes; I'm all about positive thinking here, so I thought I'd spare you the tirade.)
